HISTORY

California based software engineering company DigAudio Inc. revolutionized sound-for-picture in 1996, with the development of the TASCAM MM series digital dubbers. Initially making it's presence in California - the epicenter of large budget audio post, the MMR-8 & MMP-16 modular multitrack machines were an enterprise grade digital replacement for MAG dubbers and the ubiquitous DA-88.  The MMR-8 / MMP-16 progressed the non-linear digital revolution for reproducers & stem recorders in large hollywood dubbing theatres.  They remain to this day the worlds only proven enterprise grade non-linear digital audio recorder / reproducer.

MM-EDL is the replacement machine room transfer software previously known as TransAudio PipeLine.

While at TimeLine Vista, DigAudio Inc. also developed TransAudio PipeLine and the OpenTL EDL
